‘Ethos,

In the eye of my deepest secret

I witness my apologies empty handed.

There lingers the truth over my heart

And In fear I seek for liberty with caution as demanded.

Within depth all was lost  on the lonely road

Where my peaceful mind would cry in tears.

The invadable realm would grow stronger in roots,

Therefore, I follow my king and peers.

Where they would guide me to hope

As the night promises me her reckoning years.

I fall deeper within the truth,

There she is, the fallen pain and pride.

Thus, with blood on my hand

I will forgive my path to my endless tide.

Where I would lose you to love me, the truth?

She would be the song to my fear.

With harmony and my hope

She sang the truth for all to hear.

Listen, and see my spirit flee,

Where she follows her elder to be free.

But today, I sense my odyssey in me.

  1. Wonderful poem Jojo: The following lines resonated for me:
” Therefore, I follow my king and peers.
Where they would guide me to hope
As the night promises me her reckoning years.
I fall deeper within the truth”
