‘Shell,

Over the horizon

I sought for my lost scrim.

Therefore, I was covered

until the lights dim.

With fragments,

from the dark,

I sing with hymn.

Behind the white river

the spirits hide for a swim.

In the endangered dark

that I knew well.

I Waltz with the still autumn

under spell.

This became my new world

wherefore I lost my shell.

As I dwell, in the forest,

I remember your smell.

Therefore, I follow

the enchanted tree

until my first farewell.
