With ambition as my key and being inspired by the aspiring artist is what I love to see. Born in Arbid – Jordan, Iraqi roots and The Netherlands is my home since 1996. The month is March, The year is 1993, to as my family had to flee from Iraq to Jordan. At that time I wasn’t even born yet as my mother was just couple days away from giving birth. Being the youngest of 4, having 2 older sisters, one older brother and both of my parents we still had to wait for 3 years and 3 months in Jordan before there was any country accepting any refugees from Iraq. It was June the 6th, the year 1996, when we finally got to a place where my family could feel safe, the country that I call home, is The Netherlands and since then we have been here. The place where I always felt home, but yet, sometimes, I feel like a wanderer in a strange land. A Misfit to those who doesn’t fit, but a misfit that does accepts his past, and is about to change the future as it is. Where change is my goal, where happiness is my muse and where I have this “Pay it forward” mentality fuse..

Let’s begin at the ending: Jojo Al-waealy is THE proud owner of my following content “JJ-Stache”. A nickname given by one of my followers. I started sharing my work when the Covid pandemic arose in 2020. A time where we all could reflect our precious given time and to be remembered that life wasn’t only just given easily, but also reminded us that It can be taken away as simple as one, two, three. After planning, writing and setting goals for myself I decided to share my work with you guys, and as I love to share my work with you, I too want to help one another misfit that I could inspire us as they inspired me, Hence ‘Where the artist meets art, page.
