‘Nightingale,

Within the depth of the looming stars

shall I implore to the dawn of faith.

A Breath away, with singularity,

have I disowned my fallen wraith.

There Is this longing desire for exhilarating hope,

and after that, time is our forgotten odes.

My eternal eclipse darkens the hallowed ruins,

thus, the beginning of the end crossed my roads.

Alone, in the quiet hills, as isolation envies

my last breath, within the conclusion of the lacrimosa,

with tree of life, and, to this passage of disparities

have I entered a new path of my reliance.

Within that darkness of light

sinister forces has no mercy over my alliance.

But, my little star, how have I seen your smile

as  the greatness in my compliance?

Was it not your space?

Was it not your grace?

Was it not your maze?

Was it not?

Was it…your magical trace?

With my heaven I have this mesmerizing alure

as the nightingale wanders over my muse.

The songs of seven days, just a dream,

is the travelogue to my fuse.

The moment that could not last

as I Feel oh’ so tender, hopeful,

yet thorn with my lady of the stars.

Truth to be told, your hand in mine

is all I had to put away from my memoirs.

  1. So many lovely lines in this Jojo. I’m particularly taken with these:
The moment that could not last/ as I Feel oh’ so tender, hopeful, / yet thorn with my lady of the stars
